Spa Valet Service
We keep your Hot Tub and Spa Clean and Safe!

Basic Maintenance Check (BMC)- a wipe down of surface areas, filter cleaning, and check and balance of water and water balancing. This should be preformed every week.

Dump, Refill, Balance (DRB)- (in addition to BMC)- This should be be preformed every 2-3 months as water stops responding to chemical treatment.

Sanitation (SAN)- (in addition to DRB) of all surfaces, with a special combination of chemicals that clean and sanitize not only the outside of the tub but clean the internal pipes and motors of your hot tub by removing build up that occurs. This should be done ever 12 months as a regular part of hot tub maintenance and cleaning.

Includes the technician showing up to your property and evaluating/diagnosing your hot tub. Price is for only the diagnosis and is not applied to any repair that maybe needed.

Emergency Service Call
Includes the technician coming within 24 hours of initial service call. Price does not get applied to any repair and or labor that may be necessary to fix your tub.

Evaluation
Evaluation includes the basic diagnostic and testing of all tub features.

Leak Detection
1hr of basic diagnostic and testing of all tub features and leak detection.
If needed, additional time above 1hr is billed at a rate of $200 hr in 1hr increments. Price does not include repair.

Insurance Claims
A full Evaluation as referenced above and a 1 page report of cause of failure and estimated repair and replacement costs. Also, included is 2 - 15min calls with the insurance company. All additional time expended is billed at $200hr in 1hr increments.
Most Insurance Claims are the Result of Freeze Damage.
