Indoor Jetted Bathtubs

Jetted bathtubs are renowned for their therapeutic benefits. The powerful jets massage the body, helping to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. This hydrotherapy can be particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic pain conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia, providing relief from pain and discomfort. To maintain an indoor jetted bathtub, regularly clean the jets and tub surface with a mild cleaner, run the jets with a cleaning solution periodically to flush out debris, avoid using excessive oils or bubble baths, and wipe down the jets and tub after each use to prevent soap scum buildup; ideally, clean the jets monthly and the tub thoroughly at least weekly. 

Once a month, fill the tub with warm water and a dedicated jetted tub cleaning solution and bleach, run the jets on high for a few minutes to flush out dirt and grime. Consider using a mixture of vinegar and water, a commercial jetted tub cleaner, or even a baking soda paste for stubborn buildup

Improper planing and installation prevents/ makes it cost prohibitive to repair. 

Everything breaks, including indoor jetted tubs. Most installers fail to either recognize this or don't care because when the tub fails they will be long gone.  

Most if not all of the repair calls we get require demolition of tile and drywall because the tubs are encapsulated preventing repair. 

Most homeowners choose not to repair because of the expense not only of the tub repair but the repair of the demo and the unavailability of the existing tile.
